Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that the minutes of the following Public Library Board meetings be adopted, as presented: Regular meeting held on March 17, 2025 Ad hoc meeting held on March 24, 2025 Ad hoc meeting held on April 3, 2025 Ad hoc meeting held on April 7, 2025

Be it resolved that the Library Board receive the 2025 Library Operating Forecast for information, noting that the forecast includes only core operational, and staffing costs and excludes discretionary spending.

Be it resolved that the Library Board receive the estimated 2026 Library Operating Forecast for information, recognizing that the forecast is based on a hypothetical municipal contribution of $250,000, which remains subject to Council approval.

Be it resolved that the Library Board approve the proposed meeting schedule and structure, including: Holding regular meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month, excluding July, August, and December. Confirming or adjusting the current meeting time of 7:00 p.m. based on board member availability. Holding special meetings as needed, including for purposes such as budget preparation. Establishing the Casselman municipal office as the regular meeting location, with flexibility for special meetings to be held at other locations for site tours or topic-specific discussions.

Be it resolved that the Nation Municipality’s Public Library Board consent s to allowing the Treasurer or their delegate of T he Nation Municipality to continue to act as administrator of Library ’s bank account on their behalf .
