Brière Be it resolved that The committee of adjustment approves Minor Variance Application file A-10-2026, in order to reduce the minimum separation distances (MDS 2) for the construction of a new chicken barn for 60,000-layer hens, from 60 metres to 20 metres and for the construction of a dry manure shed from 60 metres to 48 metres Renaud Road allowance, as stipulated by provision 5.16.3 of Zoning Bylaw #2-2006.
