St-Amour Be it resolved that the Committee of adjustment approves the minor variance application, file A-7-2026, in order to reduce the minimum separation distances (MDS 2) for the expansion of a dairy barn from a neighboring houses from 191 metres to 147 metres (604 Paul Latour Rd.), to 170 metres (563 Paul Latour Rd.) and from 19 metres to 14 metres from a side lot line and to reduce the MDS 2 for the expansion of a manure pit to neighboring houses from 353 metres to 195 metres (604 Paul Latour Rd.), to 200 metres (563 Paul Latour Rd.), to 280 metres (616 Paul Latour Rd.), to 340 metres (628 Paul Latour Rd.), as stipulated by provision 5.16.3 of Zoning Bylaw #2-2006.
