St-Amour Be it resolved that the Minor Variance Committee receive Application File A-16-2025, pertaining to the property located at 2161 County Road 16, and that the Committee approve a reduction in the minimum front yard setback for the construction of a silo, from 66 feet to 40 feet, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.16.2.3 of Zoning By-law 2-2006.
