St-Amour Be it resolved that the minor variance, file A-13-2024, submitted by Landric Homes, concerning the property bearing civic number 236 Bourdeau Boulevard in order to reduce the minimum front yard setback from 7.5 metres to 7.25 metres and reduce the minimum exterior side yard setback from 4.5 metres to 3.7 metres for the location of a single family dwelling be accepted
