Be it resolved that the minutes of the Minor Variance Committee meeting held on November 25, 2024 be adopted as presented.

Be it resolved that the Minor Variance Committee approve application file #A-14-2024, for the property located at 1830 Concession 7, to reduce the minimum distance separation between an enlargement of a pullets’ poultry barn and the neighboring houses from 650 feet to 375 feet (for #1790), to 452 feet (for #1811), to 518 feet (for #1780) and to 580 feet (for #1781) as stipulated in provision 5.16.3.2 of Zoning By-law 2-2006.

St-Amour Be it resolved that the Minor Variance Committee approves application file #A-15-2024, for the property located at 718 Lebrun Sideroad, the increasing the of the maximum area to 4450 sqft instead of 3200 sqft as stipulated in provision 4.1 of zoning By-law #2-2006.
