Be it resolved that the minor variance, file A-2-2026, in order to reduce the minimum distance separation between a new layer hens poultry barn with dry manure in the basement (5 000 hens) and the neighbouring houses from 594 feet to 360 feet (for the house at #390) and to 475 feet (for the house at #418), as stipulated in provision 5.17.3.2 of Zoning By-law 2-2006.
