St-Amour Be it resolved that François St-Amour be appointed as chair for the present meeting.

Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

St-Amour Be it resolved that the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting held on September 15, 2025 be adopted as presented.

St-Amour Be it resolved that application A-10-2025, which seeks to increase the maximum height for a detached garage from 16 feet, as stipulated in provision 5.4.2, to 20 feet, be accepted.

Be it resolved that application A-11-2025 seeks to allow a small chicken coop for six (6) laying hens and zero (0) roosters on a 2.17-acre lot instead of a 4.94-acre lot and to reduce the rear setback from 12 meters to 7 meters for the the location of the chicken coop and to reduce the minimum separation distance from a neighbouring house (718 Rte 400 East) from 120 meters to 107 meters, as stipulated by the provisions of Zoning Bylaw 2-2006, be accepted

St-Amour Be it resolved that application A-12-2025, which reduces the front setback from 12 meters to 7.5 meters, be accepted.
